Video Testimonial: How Sparsha Pharma Overcame Their Biggest Business Challenges
Sparsha Pharma’s biggest challenges were workforce, finances, and sales & marketing – they needed expert guidance to hire skilled workers, improve their finances, and bring their products to market. CMTC worked with Sparsha Pharma to develop and employ a brand awareness strategy that included refining key website brand components, SEO, and analytics tools. As a result, Sparsha Pharma was able to gain more brand recognition, recruit skilled workers, and obtain new manufacturing contracts. To help further Sparsha Pharma’s market penetration, CMTC connected the company’s leadership to the World Trade Center’s MetroConnect Program which provided them with helpful online resources and seminars on how to enter the international market. By working with CMTC, Sparsha Pharma has expanded their network with new connections and gained more knowledge about being a California manufacturer. Check out the full video here!
