Is Your Company Compliant with California's New Harassment Avoidance Training Law?
California State Bill (SB) 1343 mandates that all employers with five or more employees must provide Harassment Avoidance Training — two hours for supervisory staff and one hour for non-supervisory staff — to fulfill all California requirements. All employees must be trained within six months of being hired and every two years thereafter.
Have you or your team:
- Hired or promoted anyone in the past 6 months who has not attended this training?
- Neglected to have all employees attend this training in the last 18-24 months?
If so, please refer to CMTC’s training schedule for May and June to support your compliance needs. Sign up today for your no-cost training!
